Looks pretty cool.
They don’t say where they got it from, so I’m not 100% on this yet.
Still, I wish they had kept quieter on the game until the first trailer.
dis b real?
What is this? I don’t even…

Miyamoto on the new Zelda.
Yeah. Apparently they had a new handheld but didn’t release it becauses it wouldn’t have helped them keep up the DS popularity http://www.nintendoeverything.com/?p=17583
Some Metroid: Other M details http://www.nintendoeverything.com/?p=17585
Metroid Dread apparently existed and may be shown http://www.nintendoeverything.com/?p=17568
Ah apparently Nintendo published it to their press site. It’s official guys! The first artwork for Zelda Wii.
According to an interview with Miyamoto here, a clue to the game is that Link is not holding a sword in the image. Link is also supposed to be an adult in this game, as opposed to a teen/child in the previous games.
Some have speculated the girl in front is the Master Sword itself (the jewel is the same, her legs are cross-hatched like the Master Sword’s hilt, she herself looks like the hilt). Would be interesting if true.
The background looks like some sort of portal, or flames/lava. Hrm.
Well that would explain why Link isn’t holding the Master Sword in his hand…
What The F- is that behind Link?
…is something Nintendo traditionally does not attend.
They’ll show it at their yearly Megaton October Conference I bet.

Maybe Space… Oh shit, I don’t know that much Japanese conferences except TGS. Oh well, something will pop up.
Link is a rightie again?
I smell another gimmicky wii-motion—err. Pie. Pie tastes good.
They always have a conference in October that usually delivers the goods. Some things to come out of these conferences:
- Motorcycles in Mario Kart Wii
- Sonic in Smash Bros.
- Monster Hunter 3 Wii-exclusive
- Nintendo DSi
- Punch-Out Wii
- Sin and Punishment 2
- Tales of Graces Wii-exclusive
- New Play Control series
In addition, Nintendo of America usually holds their own a few hours later, confirming the same or similar details for North America.
Anyways, some more credence to the Girl is The Sword theory:
The gold lines sold me on it.
Can’t wait for the strange shit the japanese are gonna draw based off of her. >.>
I was reading about this piece of concept art on another site a few days ago when it was first shown off. Apparently Miyamoto had wanted to show it off at Nintendo’s conference but the work wasn’t far enough along for that.
